The April Verch Band

THE APRIL VERCH BAND hails from the Ottawa Valley of Ontario and her show is an exhilarating blend of folk, old-time, bluegrass, roots music and stepdancing! April is the both the Canadian Masters and Canadian Open Fiddle Champion – the first and only woman to win both titles! She is also a world-class stepdancer and singer whose voice the Toronto Star described as “absolutely captivating!” April’s band performs both Friday and Saturday and she will host a stepdancing workshop on Saturday morning.
